% 13.02.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent agrees in view of the letter dated 09.02.2018 duly signed by Mrs.Indira Sharma, Deputy Secretary of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health Research) that the respondent has no objection in case an arbitrator is appointed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they have already appointed a nominee arbitrator namely Sh.M.Ravindra former Chairman of Railway Board and since as per arbitration clause a panel of three arbitrator needs to be appointed so, in view of the circumstances Ms.Justice Rekha Sharma (Retd.) (Mobile No. 9871300025) is hereby appointed as an arbitrator on behalf of the respondent. Both the arbitrators shall now appoint a presiding arbitrator in consultation with each other. The fee of the
learned arbitrators shall be as per the fee Schedule of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted under the aegis of the DIAC. The parties to appear before the learned arbitrators on 07.03.2018. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
