After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioners submits that permission be granted to petitioners to make a detailed Representation within a period of two weeks.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioners to make a detailed Representation to respondent-University within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receiving such a Representation, respondent-University shall pass a speaking order thereon within a period of twelve weeks and intimate W.P.(C) 11507/2016
