O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) over and above the amounts payable under the impugned award. Such additional sum of `10,00,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with DHCLSC within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a.

A sum of `1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) shall be released to claimants in equal proportion and

the remaining amount shall be kept in fixed deposit in consonance with the impugned award.
