% 25.01.2017 CO.APPL.195/2017 (Early Hearing) The present application under Section 101 read with Section 100 and 102 of the Companies Act, 1956 of the Companies Act, 1956 filed on behalf of the petitioner prays as follows:- "1.
Allow this early hearing application seeking early hearing of Company Petition no. 1169 of 2016, which is scheduled for hearing on March 28, 2017, and 2.
Pass any other order which the Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the present case."

Ms. Aparna Mudium, Assistant Registrar of Companies for the Regional Director (NR) accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the application. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The date of hearing is advanced to today.
The date already fixed i.e. 28.03.2017 stands cancelled.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
CO.PET.1169/2016 In terms of the notification Regd. No.D.L.-33004/99 dated 07.12.2016, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and in particular, Clause 3 thereof,
the present petition under Sections 100, 101 and 102 of the Companies Act, 1956, seeking sanction to the proposed scheme of reduction of share capital, stands transferred to the Principal Bench, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'NCLT'). In the first instance, list this matter before the Principal Bench, NCLT on 28.03.2017 for further proceedings, in accordance with law. The Registry is directed to transmit the record of the present petition to the Principal Bench, NCLT, forthwith.
