% 25.04.2017 This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of two months on the ground that the daughter of the petitioner has to be shifted/ transferred to a Private School from Government School.

Status report perused.

As per the status report, the presence of father is not required for admission. Further, apart from wife of the petitioner there are other family members, who can complete the admission formalities of the child.
