The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 11191/2016 Petitioner claims to be squatting at the site as shown in the picture filed on 04.02.2017 at page 85. Copy of the photograph has been handed over to Mr. Harsha, duly authenticated by the counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall not travel beyond the cobbled path as shown in the photograph. He further submits that in case he travels beyond the area in question, he may be removed. Counsel for NDMC submits that only reason the petitioner was removed was that he was blocking the main road and in case the petitioner complies with the undertaking, he would not be

removed. The petitioner shall be allowed to squat as per the photograph filed at page 85, as agreed.

The petition is disposed of based on the statement made by the counsel for the parties.
