W.P.(C) 11208/2016 Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to squat at the site as per photograph filed at page No. 5 of the additional documents. Counsel for NDMC submits that in case the petitioner restricts his site as per the photograph, NDMC would have no objection. A copy of the photograph is authenticated by the counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner would remain in the area as per the photograph and the place of squatting. He

further submits that in case the petitioner violates the undertaking, he may be removed. Based on the statement made, the petition is disposed of. In case the petitioner complies with the undertaking given to court today and restrict the site as per the photograph, the petitioner shall not be removed, as agreed.
