O R D E R

% 06.01.2017 Further status report is tendered in Court. It states that the surgery could not be conducted on 05.01.2017 on account of high blood pressure being suffered by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that presently the surgery is underway and the petitioner has been taken to the Operation Theatre today. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender at the end of the parole period. However, in case the surgery is not conducted even

today, the petitioner shall surrender forthwith. Dasti.
