% 09.12.2016 The contentions, raised by the petitioner, are already sub-judice in another petition being WP(C) 3550/2013, which is also a petition filed by the same petitioner.

The said petition is listed on 03.03.2017 for compliances.

In view of the orders passed in WP(C) 3550/2013 involving the same issues, I am of the view that no further orders need to be passed in the present petition.

The contentions raised by the petitioner in this petition would be available to be raised by the petitioner at the time of hearing of WP(C) 3550/2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that insofar as prayers (a) and (b) are concerned, the petitioner does not press the said prayers in this petition and would raise the same in appropriate proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty of the petitioner, as prayed for. Registry is directed to tag the record of this petition alongwith WP(C) 3550/2013.
