% 04.08.2017 Petitioner has assailed the order dated 29th April, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate - 01, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in a Criminal Complaint Case No. 39/1/2015; whereby, non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner. Remedy of filing an application before the trial court for re-calling of the non-bailable warrants is available to the petitioner.

At this stage, Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach

the trial court.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
