% 22.12.2016 At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that DDA has already appointed a former Director General of CPWD as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition subject to the rights of the petitioner to raise objections, if any, under Section 12/13 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
