2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and the application with liberty to urge all the grounds raised herein at the appropriate stage. He states that he would be filing an application before the Arbitrator for some more time to prefer the counter claim and an amended statement of defence.

3. If such an application is filed it would be dealt with by the Arbitrator in accordance with law.
