Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the entire subsidy amount has already been released to the petitioner. The petitioner was claiming a subsidy amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that by sanction order dated 21.12.2016, the subsidy amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was sanctioned to be released to the petitioner.

The said amount has been transferred in the account of the petitioner by NEFT transfer on 29.12.2016. He produces photocopy of the said documents. The same are taken on record. Nothing survives in the petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
