It is agreed and this writ petition is disposed of with a consent order that this writ petition will be treated as a representation to the employer/respondent nos. 1 and 2 and respondent nos. 1 and 2 will decide the representation and the entitlement, if any, of the petitioner to grant of promotion.
The representation will be considered by respondent nos. 1 and 2 in accordance with law expeditiously and such representation be decided within a period of three months from today.
