CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 28.04.2017 Respondent no.1 is the principal and respondent no.2 is the teacher of Ramjas School. Respondent no.3 is the Director of Education, GNCTD. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that petitioner nos.2 & 3 are the children of petitioner no.1. They were studying in Ramjas School. Petitioners alleged that petitioner nos.2 & 3 were illegally suspended and were not allowed to attend the session in school. It was prayed that respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to create a congenial atmosphere for the petitioner nos.2 & 3 and allow them to attend the school and appear in the examinations with respect and dignity. It was further prayed that respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to deposit `5 Lacs and `2 Lacs respectively from their
salaries in the Prime Minister Relief Fund for suspending petitioner nos.2 & 3 illegally. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that petitioner no.1 has already withdrawn petitioner nos.2 & 3 from school on 17th April, 2017. In view of this, I am of the opinion that no directions are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Writ petition is rejected.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
