Parties have settled their disputes of the subject property as also another property in terms of the settlement agreement dated 29.1.2018 entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
The settlement agreement dated 29.1.2018 satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

Accordingly, this suit is disposed of and a decree may be passed as per the terms recorded in the settlement agreement dated 29.1.2018. Parties are left to bear their own costs. 3.
Since the suit is withdrawn by settlement before recording of evidence, plaintiff will be held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee paid in view of the provision of Section 16-A of the Court-fees CS(OS) 603/2016
Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi).
Registry will issue the necessary certificate in this regard.
