O R D E R

% 17.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no allegations in the FIR that petitioner was armed with any weapon. The only role assigned to the petitioner is that he gave beatings to the victim with fists and kicks. Co-accused have already been released on bail. A cross FIR has also been registered on the complaint of accused Faizal. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
