It would appear that petitioner is not interested in prosecution of the present case.

Even otherwise, Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, ld. counsel for South Delhi Municipal Corporation has handed over a copy of the status report in court, which states that action has been taken against the unauthorized construction of respondent no.2 and the owner has rectified the unauthorized construction and brought the existing structure within the ambit of the MPD-2021. The status report is taken on record.

No further adjudication is therefore, necessary in the present matter. The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of.
