% 24.11.2017 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application No.2420/2016 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and that the FIR in question bearing No.255/2016, under Sections 406/415/420/506/120B IPC, 1860 Police Station Mayapuri, has already been quashed today by a separate order of even date in Crl.M.C. No.3060/17. Inspector Jitender Kumar has submitted a copy of the status report in relation to CM No.3060/2017 which also indicates that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
