LPA 538/2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant, without entering into the controversy with regard to the various issues canvassed before us, interest of justice, in our considered view, would be met in case we grant exemption of personal appearance of the Vice-Chairman of the DDA, but direct him to file an affidavit before the Contempt Court sworn by him explaining his position within a week from today.

With the aforesaid directions, this appeal stands disposed of. CM. No. 37926/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
