Parties have entered into an agreement dated 15.11.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. This agreement satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

Accordingly the suit is disposed of by drawing a decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.11.2017. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
