The learned counsel for the parties states that the parties have resolved their disputes and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 17.03.3017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). The said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. In terms of the said agreement, the defendant has agreed not to use the mark/ logo/label "SLCC" or any other mark/logo/label with the suffix "LCC". However, the defendant is free to use the mark/logo/label "SCLC". 2.

The learned counsel for the parties prays that the suit be decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

The said settlement agreement is lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Let a decree sheet be drawn up. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree sheet.

The Registry is directed to issue certificate for refund of the Court fee. 5.
