% 15.11.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the parole of the petitioner had been extended on 26.10.2018 till date to facilitate him to attend to his indisposed wife for the medical surgery to be performed upon her, but because of her low haemoglobin, the said surgery has not been performed. No date has been fixed as yet.

In the circumstances, it will be open to the petitioner to seek parole when such date is fixed.

At request of the petitioner, he is permitted to make interim arrangements for his wife over the weekend. However, he shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 19.11.2018.

The petition stands disposed-off accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
