O R D E R

% 28.11.2016 On the oral prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, Smt. Babita and Mr. Rohit are impleaded as respondent nos.3 & 4. Amended memo of parties is filed on record.

Present FIR No.660/2016 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC was registered at police station Punjabi Bagh on the complaint of respondent no.2. During the course of hearing, it is pointed out that respondent no.3 had sustained simple injuries besides respondent no.2. Respondent no.4 had not sustained any injuries as he was not medically examined and no MLC was prepared. Petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 are living in the same

locality. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which resulted in the present incident. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement Deed dated 17th November, 2016. Respondent no.3 is wife of respondent no.2 and respondent no.4 is son of respondent nos.2 & 3. All the respondents are present in Court and submit that they do not wish to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between them and petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.660/2016 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at police station Punjabi Bagh is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
