The application stands disposed-off.

W.P.(CRL) 2773/2018 Issue notice.

The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the State.

At joint request, the petition is taken up for disposal. This writ petition seeks release of the petitioner on parole for a period of two months because he is indisposed due to ailments related to age; he is over 80 years of age and has a breathing problem and high blood pressure; he is already out on parole and wishes to settle his affairs by partitioning the

sole property. This aspect has already been verified earlier. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitoner's parole is expiring tomorrow i.e. on 18.09.2018.

In the circumstances, the petitioner's parole is extended for a period of seven weeks on the same terms and conditions as enumerated in the order dated 01.08.2018.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master and a copy be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned, for compliance.
