% 02.05.2017 None appears for the respondent despite service. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that an arbitral tribunal has been constituted.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing that the order dated 25th November, 2016 shall continue till conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. The respondents would be at liberty to approach the arbitrator for modification / vacation of order dated 25th November, 2016.
