% 09.12.2016 The petitioner, who appears in person, prays for leave to delete respondent No.3 from the array of parties.

In view of the above, the respondent No.3 is deleted from the array of parties. Let amended memo of parties be filed within two days. The petitioner seeks disposal of the representation/application dated 28.07.2016, filed by the petitioner, seeking prosecution sanction against Dr. Manoranjan, the then Secretary (Steel).

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation is under consideration and is likely to be disposed of within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. It is expected that the respondents shall dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks.
