This is an application, filed by Respondent No.2, submitting that he does not seek to derive any benefit from the impugned order dated 6th September, 2018, issued by the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (NCSCST), as he is already ventilating his grievance by way of substantive proceedings before the High Court of Bombay.

Learned counsel for the respondent consents to the setting aside of the impugned order, dated 6th September, 2018, passed by the NCSCST, in view of the proceedings which he is pursuing before the High Court of Bombay.
