% 09.05.2016 CM No.17058/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition. For the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed.

The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 6188/2015 & CM No.11244/2015 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following directions:- "(i) Pass necessary orders or directions, more so, in the nature of Writ of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the letter/order of termination of the services of the petitioner with immediate effect being dated 01.05.2015.

(ii) Pass necessary orders or directions or writ, more so, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to immediately reinstate

the petitioner with retrospective effect i.e. with effect from 01.05.2015 with all back wages and benefits;

(iii)Pass necessary orders or directions, more so, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide various representations and complaints pending for a considerable period before initiating any further action in the matter." Mr.Vinay Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
