After some arguments, counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the above-captioned appeals, with liberty to pursue the objections. 3.

Mr Abhishek Puri, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondents/decree holders, says that he has not been served with a copy of the objections.

3.1 Counsel for the appellants will ensure that the copy of the objections is served on the counsel for the respondents/judgment holders. 4.

Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellants to pursue the objections which have been lodged before the learned Single Judge.

4.1 Needless to add, the objections will be adjudicated in accordance with the law.
