By this petition, petitioners who are major and have married of their own free will have sought protection from respondent Nos. 6 to 11. 2.

Report of service to respondent Nos. 4 to 11 is awaited, however respondent No.9, brother of petitioner No.1 and SI Satyapal Singh, PS Friends Colony, Etawah, U.P. on behalf of respondent No.4 are present in Court. SI Satyapal Singh states that FIR No.743/2018 under Section 366 IPC has been registered at PS Friends Colony, District Etawah, U.P. against petitioner No.2 and his family members.

Be that as it may, since petitioners are admittedly major and have married of their own free will, respondent Nos. 6 to 11 will not interfere in W.P.(CRL) 2797/2018

the married life of the petitioners and as respondent No. 9 claims that petitioner No.1 was already married, the protection granted by this Court would be subject to the parties invoking their respective remedies in accordance with law.
