CRL.M.C. 4428/2016 The petitioner has preferred the present petition to seek the quashing of FIR No.454/2013 under Section 66 and 67 of IT Act registered at PS Amar Colony, SE Distt. Delhi on the basis that the parties are likely to arrive at a settlement. However, no settlement has till date been arrived at. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to re-file the same once a settlement is reached.
