The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹1,85,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal towards full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant. 2.

It is also agreed that out of said sum of ₹1,85,000/- so agreed, an amount of ₹1,30,364/- has already been paid by the Insurance Company to M/s BEHL Hospital and learned counsel for Insurance Company has now handed over the cheque of remaining amount of ₹54,636/- bearing MAC.APP. 1023/2016

No.001592 dated 08.04.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of appellant. 3.

The instrument has been accepted by the learned counsel for appellant under his signatures as full and final settlement of the claim. 4.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties and subject to clearance of above cheque, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.
