% 02.12.2016 In this appeal, petitioners are seeking setting aside of order of 1st September, 2016 vide which petitioners' application seeking release of fixed deposit receipt in the name of deceased Ashima Singh has been dismissed on the ground that the appeal against the impugned Award of 14th May, 2007 was decided by this Court.

Upon hearing, this petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioners to file an application before this Court in the disposed of appeal.
