These applications seek restoration of the captioned appeal and for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application. 2.
Ms. Seema Gulati, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - National Insurance Company Limited, is present and does not object to the reliefs sought.

By order of the Registrar dated 01.07.2019, it was noted that service was complete, but respondent Nos. 2 and 3 had not entered appearance. However, the order dated 18.07.2022 records that counsel entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3, and a further order dated 11.08.2023 records the presence of counsel for respondent No. 2. 4.
In this view of the matter, it is necessary to serve notice upon respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as well.
