It is stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis-Hazari Court, Delhi vide mediation agreement dated 15.10.2019 in the manner as is recorded in paras no.1 to 7 of the agreement, duly signed by all the parties. The mediation agreement dated 15.10.2019 be read as a part of this order. In view of the submissions so made, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fee as per law, as the matter is settled before the mediation centre.
