The application is disposed of.

CM No.53897/2018 (revival of WP) This application is for revival of WP(C) 11473/2016. The application is filed pursuant to the liberty granted vide the order dated 5th December, 2016 passed in the writ petition, which directed the DDA to decide the petitioners' case treating the writ petition as a representation and permitted the petitioners to seek revival of proceedings in case of default.

The application avers that, till date, there has been no decision, by the DDA on the petitioners' case.

In the circumstances, issue notice to the respondent to show cause, inter alia, why contempt proceedings be not initiated against
