% 28.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the in action on the part of the statutory bodies. His submission is that respondent no.2 is being permitted to carry out illegal and unauthorized construction at plot No.A-105, High Tension Road, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave, Part-II, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi which is against all the byelaws of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. His instructions are that the entire property has been booked as it has noted to be illegal. Submission is that all follow up actions shall be taken in accordance with law. This statement of learned counsel for respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment shall be honoured in

true letter and spirit and all actions shall be initiated and completed and taken to its logical ends.
