% 28.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted to respondent no.2 at property bearing No.S-9/16, Saqlain Road, Jogabai Extension, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. She submits that as per her instructions this property was booked between first floor to fourth floor on 15.11.2016 and demolition notice had been issued on 24.11.2016. Her further submission is that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and completed to its logical ends.

This statement of the respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment of the respondent no.1 shall

be honoured in true letter and spirit. If necessary, police assistance will be provided by the concerned SHO/respondent no.3. Needless to further state that if any adverse action is taken against the aforenoted property that will be will after due intimation to the occupier/owner of the property.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
