% 03.08.2018 The petition at hand seeks quashing of the FIR No. 02/2010 under Sections 406/498A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) of police station Delhi Cantt. on the basis of settlement reached between the petitioner (the accused) and the second respondent (the complainant). The second respondent, on notice, had appeared earlier and had submitted a written synopsis dated 29.07.2017 which reflects her grievances remain unaddressed including on the issue of return of istri dhan and there being a criminal case pending against her. In this view, the petition cannot be entertained. It is dismissed accordingly.
