% 29.01.2018 Crl.M.A. 1611/2018 Notice. Learned counsel for the complainant who is present in Court accepts notice.

By this application the petitioner seeks release of the sum of ₹3 lakhs deposited by him in the FDR with the Registrar General of this Court pursuant to the order dated 2nd July, 2015.

Parties have now entered into a settlement. Divorce by mutual consent has been granted between the petitioner and the complainant. Out of a sum of ₹16 lakhs to be paid to the complainant, petitioner states and is also accepted by learned counsel for the complainant that ₹12 lakhs has been paid to the complainant and the remaining amount of ₹4 lakhs shall be paid by the petitioner to the complainant at the time of quashing of FIR. BAIL APPLN. 1280/2015

The Registrar General of this Court is directed to release the FDR for a sum of ₹3 lakhs so deposited by the petitioner along with interest that has accrued thereon to the petitioner.

Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
