% 12.12.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition against the nonimplementation of the order passed by the Employees Compensation Commissioner South Government of NCT Delhi, Pushpa Bhawan, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi - 110 062 by which the petitioner have been granted compensation under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923 and for issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or orders or time bound directions to get the payment of compensation paid to the petitioners in terms of the orders dated 26.02.2016 of the said Employees Compensation Commissioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, on instructions, submitted that they shall implement the recovery orders and recover the amount from the respondent no.2 within two weeks, as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent no.1, he is not pressing the present petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that in case, respondent no. 1 fails to recover the amount as per law, he may within a reasonable period approach this Court, as per law.
