% 29.11.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to take steps for removing the objections raised in the SLP filed by him in the Supreme Court. It is noted that petitioner was granted parole w.e.f. 1st June, 2016 to 15th June, 2016 for filing SLP, which was extended upto 11th July, 2016.
Despite this, SLP was filed on 4th July, 2016. Even thereafter, petitioner availed furlough on two occasions w.e.f. 17th August, 2016 to 7th September, 2016 and w.e.f. 26th October, 2016 to 10th November, 2016. Sufficient time was available with the petitioner to take necessary steps. In view of above, writ petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
