% 23.03.2017 Respondent No.2 Rashi is present in Court today and submits that she has not settled the matter with the petitioners. She submits that she has signed a letter for transfer of case from Karkardooma Courts. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition after settling the matter with respondent No.2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition, if desires, as per law.
