Petitioners impugn order dated 11.09.2018, whereby, the Revisional Court dismissed the revision petition, filed by the petitioner, impugning order dated 19.07.2018, whereby, the Trial Court had directed the police to register an FIR in exercise of powers under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.. 2.

Learned APP for the State informs that consequent to the orders, an FIR has already been registered on 17.09.2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.
