This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC whereby the parties want the Court to record the compromise that the plaintiff has received a sum of US$ 20,000 in full and final settlement of the claim of the plaintiff in the present suit against the defendants. 2.

The aforesaid amount of US$ 20,000 has been received by counsel for the plaintiff in the Court today by way of a demand draft bearing no. 000484 dated 20.3.2018 drawn on Kotak Mahindra bank Limited in favour of the plaintiff.

Subject to encashment of the aforesaid demand draft the disputes between the parties will stand settled and satisfied and the suit is accordingly disposed of as settled and satisfied. 4.
