O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties by which insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.11,20,000/- to the claimants over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT. 2.

It is agreed that the amount shall be paid by the insurer to the claimants through Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within 30 days from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall be payable.

The settled amount shall be apportioned amongst the appellants in equal proportion. 50% of the enhanced amount shall be kept in FDR in nationalized bank for a period of three years and remaining 50 per

cent of the amount shall be released to the claimants by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee in equal proportion subject to verification.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the court Master.
