% 16.12.2016 Petitioner seeks furlough. His request for grant of furlough has been declined by the office of Director General of Prisons, vide order dated 20th October, 2016 on the ground of unsatisfactory jail conduct. A perusal of nominal roll shows that his jail conduct is unsatisfactory. He was punished for his deviant behaviour in jail.
In view of such punishments he is not entitled to furlough, in terms of Parole and Furlough Guidelines. Petition is dismissed.
