% 16.10.2017 Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been amicably resolved by way of an out of court settlement. Learned counsel for the parties state that upon receipt of Rs. 58 Lacs, the plaintiff has executed a relinquishment deed in favour of Defendant Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the present suit is disposed off as satisfied.
