% 24.07.2018 The present petition was predicated on the assertion that despite directions issued by this Court on 13.07.2018 in W.P. (C) 9432/2015, the NDMC had failed to stop the illegal unauthorised construction raised by land grabbers in property No.WZ-515, Village Naraina, New Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondent invites my attention to a status report/action taken report filed by Mr. Kapil Rastogi, Deputy Commissioner, Karol Bagh Zone, NDMC. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said status report reflects that, demolition and sealing action has been taken in relation to the subject property on 28.03.2018, 02.05.2018, 03.05.2018 and 04.05.2018 with the assistance of police force from PS Naraina.

The details of the demolition undertaken on the above dates is

delineated in the said status report, which is duly accompanied by an affidavit.

Further the photographs are also annexed to the said status report, which clearly show the action taken against unauthorised construction, existing in the subject property. In view of the foregoing, I am satisfied with the action taken by the official respondent, in accordance with law, and no further directions are called for in the present proceedings.
